In 2020, the Position Sports DREAM Initiative was established to recognize and celebrate the unique opportunities that our industry provides in uniting groups for a common goal. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse work environment in which staff members will feel safe, respected, and valued regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic status, ability, or age. As part of this initiative, our team established the DREAM Program as a way to support underserved college students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the Sports Business industry.
The DREAM Foundation offers a unique mentorship program for those interested in a career in sports. The DREAM Program is designed to support students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

The DREAM Foundation offers the DREAM Program, a unique mentorship program for students from Historically Black College and University sports business programs. Students will complete a 10-week virtual program, learning real-world skills including networking opportunities (virtually), resume building, interacting with sports business professionals, and completing a client-based interactive group project. Mentees will also have an opportunity to work alongside Position Sports staff virtually and aid in event support, marketing strategy, sponsorship sales, communications, and social media.
The DREAM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization driven to support a diverse and inclusive sport industry by helping those interested in learning and gaining access to the sports industry. We strive to educate, mentor and provide access to individuals who may not have the resources or opportunity gain the necessary experience or network to successfully gain entry into the sports industry. With the support of your sponsorship/partnership, we will positively impact the sports industry with ambitious, diverse sports professionals seeking a career in sports.
